Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with PIH’s business goals, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across all sectors of the organization.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations, with a focus on cultural fit and long-term potential.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, market trends, and talent gaps, ensuring alignment between recruitment efforts and organizational objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with universities, professional networks, and industry associations to enhance our talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage data-driven insights and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring processes, improve time-to-fill metrics, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain strong employer branding materials, including career pages, job descriptions, and internal communications, to position PIH as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices in all recruitment activities, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in talent acquisition, HR technology, and industry innovations to continuously refine and enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in talent acquisition, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR and recruitment software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure, delivering consistent results in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
