Key Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Strategy and Reporting: Oversee monthly financial closings and deliver high-quality management reports that empower data-driven decision-making.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate budgets, cash flow projections, and financial performance analyses to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen Financial Controls: Enhance accounting processes, financial policies, and internal controls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency.
• Operational Finance Leadership: Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking reconciliations, and working capital to optimize liquidity and financial health.
• Manufacturing Cost Optimization: Drive improvements in manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, work-in-progress (WIP) controls, overhead allocation, and margin analysis to boost profitability.
• ERP Implementation and Governance: Lead the successful implementation and ongoing use of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring seamless integration of financial data, inventory transactions, and costing structures.
• Profitability Insights: Develop advanced reporting on profitability by customer, product, order, and business activity to inform strategic initiatives.
• Audit and Compliance Support: Collaborate with external auditors and ensure the company remains audit-ready while maintaining rigorous financial standards.
• Team Development: Build and mentor the finance team, fostering a disciplined and high-performing environment that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide senior management with timely financial analysis and actionable recommendations to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a finance leader with a proven track record of excellence in manufacturing finance, ERP systems, and financial transformation. Ideal candidates will possess:

• 8 to 12 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
• Deep manufacturing finance expertise, including product costing, inventory accounting, WIP management, Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, and production-related financial controls.
• Proven ERP experience, with a preference for familiarity with Odoo. Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformations is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, enabling effective collaboration across multicultural teams.
• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
