As we expand our presence in the Middle East with offices in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roads Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. Your Impact

In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and overseeing the development of roads and highways that form the backbone of modern infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and Planning: Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of roads and highways, ensuring alignment with geometric, traffic, and pavement engineering principles.
• Technical Excellence: Conduct and review comprehensive analyses, including road geometry, horizontal and vertical alignment, grading, and pavement design, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with project managers, cross-functional engineering teams, and stakeholders to integrate road systems seamlessly into broader infrastructure projects, including corridors, intersections, and junctions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and documentation to support project delivery and regulatory approvals.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government authorities, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met and deliverables align with strategic objectives.

Why You Belong Here

We are looking for a highly skilled Roads Engineer with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on roads and highways.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, demonstrating familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven expertise in road and highway design, including geometric design, traffic engineering, grading, intersections, and pavement engineering.
• Proficiency in industry-leading software, such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, to streamline design processes and enhance project efficiency.
• Fluency in English is essential, with an added advantage for those proficient in Arabic.
