As a Global Cybersecurity GRC Manager, you will contribute to this vision by ensuring our cybersecurity posture remains robust, compliant, and aligned with evolving global and regional standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead and oversee the global cybersecurity GRC program, aligning it with strategic objectives under the guidance of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Develop and maintain a structured operating cadence, prioritizing initiatives to enhance governance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive gap assessments against critical frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, KSA PDPL, and other relevant regulatory and contractual requirements. Translate complex compliance obligations into actionable controls, assigning clear ownership, timelines, and measurable evidence requirements.
• Develop and maintain a robust cybersecurity policy framework, encompassing policies, standards, procedures, and supporting documentation. Ensure alignment with business needs while maintaining rigorous review cycles and approved exceptions.
• Own and manage the cybersecurity risk register, facilitating regular risk assessments and driving accountability for remediation plans. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to address high-priority risks, escalate material gaps, and ensure timely resolution of overdue actions.
• Coordinate and streamline internal and external audits, customer due diligence, and certification activities. Ensure seamless handling of audit requests, evidence collection, and remediation tracking to maintain compliance readiness.
• Support Foodics Pay’s cybersecurity compliance initiatives, including control mapping, evidence coordination, audit support, and management reporting. Provide decision-ready insights to support strategic cybersecurity governance.
• Develop and present cybersecurity GRC dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, risk summaries, and compliance reports for executive leadership and governance committees. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Product, Legal, Privacy, HR, and Procurement, to embed cybersecurity requirements into business processes and initiatives. Drive cultural adoption of cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain a proactive compliance calendar to ensure timely completion of assessments, reviews, evidence collection, policy updates, and audit commitments. Optimize the GRC program through standardized templates, control libraries, automation, and advanced evidence-management practices.
