As the driving force behind our marketing and business development efforts, you will develop and execute a data-driven, multi-channel approach to attract, engage, and convert qualified B2B leads. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence, optimizing digital and offline campaigns, and fostering strategic partnerships that accelerate our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a robust marketing and lead-generation strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring measurable impact on revenue growth.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Leverage both digital and offline channels to generate high-quality B2B leads, including paid campaigns, content marketing, social media, and networking initiatives.
• Digital & Offline Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media, while also developing impactful offline campaigns, promotional activities, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Sales & Business Development Synergy: Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to refine lead nurturing processes, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue contribution.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate key partnerships and referral channels to expand our market reach and enhance credibility within the Saudi business landscape.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing ROI, cost-per-lead metrics, conversion rates, and revenue impact to optimize strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
• Target Achievement: Work in tandem with management and sales to meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a highly accomplished marketing professional with:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have operated within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Deep expertise in the B2B consulting, professional services, or business support services sector, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads and drive business conversion.
• Comprehensive knowledge of both digital and offline marketing strategies, including paid campaigns, content marketing, social media, and traditional promotional tactics.
• Experience in sales support, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a track record of building mutually beneficial relationships.
• A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable, along with a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification or equivalent professional certification.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, leadership, and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive results.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a portfolio of measurable achievements—such as leads generated, conversion rates, campaign success, and revenue impact—from previous roles.
