Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to oversee and elevate our company’s digital presence. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and fostering meaningful engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing execution, from strategic campaign planning to content creation and performance analysis. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital narrative of a fast-growing tech platform while contributing to measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn. This includes strategic budget allocation, creative direction, A/B testing, and rigorous cost-per-acquisition (CPA) tracking to maximize ROI.
• Lead Generation & Inbound Marketing: Drive high-intent traffic through targeted digital channels, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. Monitor and refine top-of-funnel performance to align with business objectives.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Build and maintain a strong, cohesive presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok. Curate engaging content calendars that resonate with diverse audiences while reinforcing brand identity.
• Bilingual Content Creation: Produce compelling, high-quality content in both Arabic and English, tailored to the Saudi market. This includes copywriting, graphic design, and short-form video production to cater to evolving consumer preferences.
• Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor platform performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable reports. Translate data insights into strategic recommendations to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field, with a proven track record of growing online communities and driving engagement.
• Campaign Expertise: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute paid social and search campaigns, with a keen understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, and performance optimization.
• Content Creation Skills: Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities, coupled with proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms. On-camera presence and video production experience are highly desirable.
• Analytical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
• Cultural & Linguistic Competency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to create culturally relevant and engaging content for the Saudi market. Strong adaptability to fast-paced, evolving digital landscapes is essential.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media strategy, or content marketing are considered a significant advantage.
