Senior React Developer - Arabic Speaker (5 Month)

Position Overview

Müller’s Solutions, a leading technology services provider based in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer with fluency in Arabic to join our dynamic team for a five-month contract. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in building high-performance, scalable web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Lead the design, development, and optimization of responsive web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster technical growth within the team.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your expertise in React and related technologies to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Arabic Language Proficiency: Utilize your fluency in Arabic to bridge communication gaps between non-Arabic-speaking stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clarity in requirements, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Agile Practices: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to contribute to continuous improvement and iterative development cycles.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the reliability and stability of applications before deployment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in React.js development, with a strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API), React Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Backend Integration: Proficiency in integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other backend services, with experience in Node.js being a plus.
• UI/UX Principles: Solid grasp of responsive design principles, CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material-UI), and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Arabic Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms to support project requirements and stakeholder interactions.
• Version Control: Extensive experience with Git and collaborative development workflows, including branching strategies and pull request reviews.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and implement scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
