As a TPE IV/Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and execution of civil engineering aspects of mining projects. This includes site infrastructure, mine access, and tailings management. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing the civil engineering aspects of mining projects.
• Preparing and reviewing engineering designs, specifications, and calculations.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Civil Engineering, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mining projects. You will also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in project delivery. Proficiency in using relevant software tools and a strong understanding of mining processes are also essential.
