• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns, implement improvements, and foster a culture of continuous quality enhancement.
• Equipment and Tool Calibration: Verify the accuracy and functionality of inspection tools, gauges, and testing equipment to ensure reliable measurement and consistent results.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Educational Background: A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Quality Control, Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline. Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
