In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of project management activities, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure that all project activities are executed in accordance with the approved plans and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to align project objectives with stakeholder expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project delivery. Implement robust risk management strategies to address potential challenges proactively.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Implement cost-saving measures where feasible without compromising quality or safety.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and support staff. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all project activities comply with local, regional, and international regulations. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in challenging environments, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Al Ula, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the unique cultural and operational dynamics of the region.
