Albanani is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects across the GCC region. This critical role requires a strategic leader capable of managing project workflows, fostering seamless collaboration between on-site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Provide comprehensive operational management for construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure seamless execution.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central liaison between on-site supervisors, subcontractors, and the central office, facilitating clear communication and alignment to drive project success.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures to maintain adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Scheduling and Documentation: Review and validate look-ahead schedules and critical path updates, while managing essential project documentation such as permits, contracts, and progress reports.
• Procurement and Cost Control: Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely material deliveries and support cost management initiatives by monitoring labor, material, and subcontractor expenditures.
• Compliance and Safety: Uphold stringent quality and safety standards across all projects, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Reporting and Communication: Deliver regular operational updates and detailed reports to leadership, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout project lifecycles.
• Process Improvement: Develop and refine operational systems and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction operations management or project management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of construction processes, scheduling methodologies, and cost control principles, alongside expertise in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, analytical problem-solving, and clear communication skills, with the capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
• Certifications: A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Technical Setup: Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace is essential.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

The Operations Manager role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ﷼15,000.00 to ﷼18,000.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a fully remote position, providing the flexibility to deliver exceptional results from any location while contributing to Albanani’s growth and success across the GCC.
