Position Overview

Nahdi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Experience & Mobility Solutions Senior Manager to lead and drive innovation in enhancing patient care through advanced mobility solutions within the healthcare sector. This pivotal role will be based in Jeddah and will focus on developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies that improve healthcare delivery, patient mobility, and overall experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare operations, a deep understanding of mobility technologies, and a passion for transforming patient-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive healthcare experience and mobility strategy aligned with Nahdi’s business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare services and technologies.
• Innovation & Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge mobility solutions, including assistive devices, telehealth platforms, and patient transport systems, to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and senior management to foster a collaborative environment that drives the adoption of mobility technologies and improves patient outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current healthcare workflows and mobility processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions to streamline operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and technology vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance while advocating for patient-centered innovations.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of mobility solutions on patient experience, operational efficiency, and cost savings, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
• Training & Development: Lead training initiatives to upskill healthcare staff on the effective use of mobility technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing their potential benefits.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all mobility solutions adhere to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices, mitigating risks and maintaining compliance with local and international guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, mobility solutions, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, mobility technologies (e.g., IoT, AI-driven assistive devices), and data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational change in dynamic healthcare environments.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and implement actionable solutions.
