This role is instrumental in driving our people strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring our team members thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Strategic planning and implementation of talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Cultivating a positive work environment that aligns with our company's core values.
• Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs.
• Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
• Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making.

To excel in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for developing talent are essential. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
