NOC Engineer

Join Our Client as a NOC Engineer in Jeddah, KSA

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NOC Engineer to join our client's team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the client's network operations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Responsibilities:
• Monitor signaling pathways, routing behavior, SIM flows, OSS hooks, and cross-core interactions impacting satellite services.
• Analyze logs, traces, routing tables, and event correlations across network elements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner NOCs to coordinate incident resolution.
• Utilize OSS/NMS tools, alarms, KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring platforms to maintain network health.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field, along with 2-5 years of experience in NOC operations, telecom monitoring, or satellite operations. Certifications in networking (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS) or telecom operations are advantageous.
