Role: Full-time, on-site in Al Ahsa. You'll be responsible for:

• Planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms.
• Managing daily posting schedules and community interactions.
• Collaborating with creators and internal teams to develop campaigns and optimize performance.
• Monitoring analytics, adjusting strategies, and staying current with platform trends.
• Preparing regular reports and supporting brand partnerships.
• Contributing ideas to enhance audience engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and SMO.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for clear, engaging content.
• Experience in content strategy, planning, and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to improve performance.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and their tools.
• Experience collaborating with influencers or talent management teams (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment on-site in Al Ahsa.
