Your Role:

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages across a wide range of medical conditions.
• Promote prevention, screening, and disease control through collaborative care and patient education.
• Manage chronic medical conditions, medication adherence, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients and navigate their care.
• Educate patients on disease management, self-care, and healthy habits.
• Monitor and follow up with patients, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Achieve outlined targets for Service Performance Outcomes (SPOs) and healthcare outcomes.
• Support business development and patient volume growth across all COE programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and treatment options.
• Perform other professional duties as requested by the line manager.

Your Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine degree
