Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and highly analytical Compliance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of a robust compliance framework for a leading integrated healthcare and wellness group based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will collaborate closely with senior management to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks while fostering a culture of unwavering ethics, integrity, and accountability across all business units. Key Responsibilities

• Policy Development & Enhancement: Design, implement, and continuously refine corporate compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to align with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive compliance risk assessments to identify potential regulatory gaps and vulnerabilities, developing and executing effective mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization.
• Compliance Monitoring & Investigations: Oversee and monitor compliance across all operational areas, promptly investigating potential violations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources departments to ensure seamless integration of compliance initiatives, fostering a unified approach to regulatory adherence and ethical conduct.
• Regulatory Engagement & External Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, external auditors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with external stakeholders.
• Compliance Culture & Training: Develop and deliver targeted compliance awareness programs and training initiatives to cultivate a strong culture of ethics and integrity throughout the organization.
• Executive Reporting & Strategic Recommendations: Prepare comprehensive compliance reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk management.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management within a corporate or healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory and ethical risks, as well as designing and implementing effective compliance programs. Strong analytical acumen, coupled with the ability to interpret and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes, is essential. A deep understanding of healthcare regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.

Education & Professional Certifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree or MBA, along with a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent professional certification, is strongly preferred.
