Project Specialist – Business Development Support

Join Gentelle, a leading hospitality solutions partner, as our Project Specialist – Business Development Support. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role offers a dynamic working environment with a 6-day workweek from Saturday to Thursday.

Our extensive portfolio includes bed and bath linens, bespoke drapery, outdoor furniture, vinyl flooring, and fine dinnerware, designed to enhance guest experiences while meeting the highest quality standards.

As our Project Specialist, you will coordinate awarded projects and customer orders from handover to successful completion. This central role bridges customers, suppliers, procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and installation teams, ensuring efficient project execution, timely delivery, and professional customer communication.

• Coordinate projects and activities with various teams.
• Manage quotations, orders, deliveries, installations, approvals, and project documentation.
• Maintain CRM, Basecamp, Dropbox, project trackers, and reporting systems.
• Prepare weekly project status updates and management reports.
• Support customer communication, issue resolution, project handover, and closure.

We seek a proactive, highly organized professional with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, commercial operations, procurement support, supply chain coordination, or customer service, with a preference for experience in relevant industries such as flooring, interior solutions, or hospitality projects.

Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills are essential, along with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and reporting tools. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also crucial.
