Oral Surgery Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgery Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, dental implant placements, minor reconstructive surgeries, and the management of oral pathologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional surgical care while fostering a seamless and patient-centered experience from consultation to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Surgical Procedures: Perform a full spectrum of oral and maxillofacial surgical interventions, ensuring precision, safety, and optimal patient outcomes. This includes complex extractions, dental implantology, bone grafting, and the treatment of oral diseases and injuries.
• Patient Consultation & Care: Conduct thorough pre-operative consultations, review detailed medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Deliver clear, empathetic, and culturally appropriate pre- and post-operative instructions to facilitate smooth recovery and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborative Practice: Work in close partnership with general dentists, dental hygienists, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate comprehensive care. Your role will involve seamless communication, interdisciplinary case discussions, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality oral health services.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. Adhere rigorously to infection control protocols, safety measures, and best practices in oral surgery to uphold the highest standards of patient care and workplace safety.
• Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuous education, case reviews, and participation in professional forums. Contribute to the growth and improvement of clinical protocols within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Licensing: Hold a recognized dental degree with a specialization in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Must be eligible for and obtain the necessary professional licensing to practice in Jeddah.
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in oral surgery, including diagnostic acumen, surgical precision, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload with confidence and competence.
