We're seeking a dynamic and passionate **Products Manager** to drive the growth and success of our optical and sunglasses portfolio across our branches. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our product offering and make a significant impact on our business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead range planning, pricing, demand planning, and product performance to ensure our offer remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer preferences.
• Define and manage the eyewear assortment, plan seasonal and new collections, and oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) from selection to launch.
• Maintain product master data, set selling prices and margin targets, and monitor category profitability, sell-through, and stock turn.
• Manage promotions, markdowns, and clearance, forecast demand, and plan replenishment with procurement and the warehouse.
• Analyze market trends and competitors, set merchandising standards, and train sales and optometry teams.
• Regularly report category and stock performance to management.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Optics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in product or category management, preferably in the optical, eyewear, or retail sectors.
• Solid eyewear product and category knowledge.
• Proficient use of Oracle (ERP), Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and standard computer tools.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
