We are seeking a dynamic Applications Integrations Systems Analyst to join our team, supporting our retail industry's unique needs and driving operational excellence. This role involves implementing and deploying applications software, providing staff support and training, ensuring regulatory compliance and data security, analyzing data for operational insights, and monitoring application performance.

• Support the development and customization of applications to meet the specific needs of the retail industry.
• Act as level 2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs and errors within agreed SLAs to meet internal customer needs.
• Analyze end-user requirements and support the design of solutions that streamline processes, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new software applications or major updates, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and compatibility with existing systems.
• Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting, identifying areas for development or operating inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure specialized applications support meets end-user needs.
• Continuously monitor application performance, identifying areas for improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ensure patient privacy is maintained in all applications, adhering to confidentiality and data protection best practices.
• Stay updated with technological advancements in IT and pharmacy sectors, exploring innovative solutions like tele pharmacy, mobile health apps, and AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to align IT solutions with business needs and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.

This is an indoor role, working 5 days a week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break. We require a BSc in IT, preferably in MIS Systems Design, with 3+ years of experience in an IT applications function, preferably in the retail or related industry. Proficiency in specific store applications, general retail systems, SQL, Java, Python, or .NET, database technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, various phases of SDLC, common ERP and CRM platforms, BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and various operating systems like Windows, Linux is essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
