This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage our EMS Observation Team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the EMS Observation Unit, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
- Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and guidelines.
- Monitoring and reporting on unit performance metrics, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Acting as a clinical resource and point of contact for patients, families, and staff.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, be a registered nurse with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, and have at least five years of progressive experience in emergency nursing, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
