Your Mission: Delivering Excellence in Field Service Engineering

As a Service Engineer at Innomotics, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and service excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of high-impact activities, including:

• On-Site Service Delivery: Conduct commissioning, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting, retrofitting, and system upgrades for medium voltage converters across diverse industrial sectors and applications. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime for our valued customers.
• Technical Support and Collaboration: Provide continuous technical assistance to both external customers and internal teams, including the customer care center, sales representatives, and project management. Your role will bridge the gap between technical challenges and innovative solutions, fostering strong customer relationships and driving satisfaction.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Generate detailed and professional service reports for each attended site visit, documenting all activities, findings, and recommendations. Timely and accurate reporting is essential to maintain transparency and ensure compliance with Innomotics standards.
• Adherence to EHS Standards: Prioritize safety and environmental responsibility by strictly following Innomotics’ Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines. Your commitment to these standards will safeguard both personnel and assets while promoting sustainable practices.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring compliance with Innomotics’ confidentiality protocols and maintaining the integrity of proprietary data.

Your Profile: A Blend of Technical Expertise and Soft Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Background: A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field, is highly preferred. This foundational knowledge will equip you with the technical understanding required to navigate complex medium voltage systems.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of certified experience in a technical or engineering role, with hands-on expertise in medium voltage systems such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), high-voltage motors, distribution transformers, and medium voltage switchgear. Your practical experience will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
• Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset, are essential. Your ability to convey technical information clearly and work effectively within cross-functional teams will drive project success and customer satisfaction.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to facilitate seamless communication with global and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in all interactions.
