We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to join our Marketing and Sales team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing and sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Job Objective: Market and sell residential and commercial properties to achieve company sales targets and customer satisfaction, while providing expert real estate advice to clients.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase real estate sales.
• Identify target markets and analyze customer needs.
• Create and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Coordinate property viewings and provide detailed property descriptions.
• Manage customer relationships, provide professional advice, and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular sales and performance reports.
• Required Qualifications:
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and real estate platforms.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Valid driving license and car (preferred).
