Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for overseeing all internal warehouse activities, managing stock, and allocating tasks to laborers to maintain optimal productivity. You will collaborate closely with the Storekeeper to ensure efficient order preparation and invoicing.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Take over and handover shifts, detailing pending work and special instructions.
• Accurately fill and report on offloading/loading checklists.
• Allocate tasks to laborers and monitor their progress.
• Conduct daily physical stock counts and report inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene processes and maintain equipment.
• Coordinate with forklift operators for storage rearrangement and movement of goods.
• Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of our EHS Management System.

We seek a self-motivated individual with a minimum of two years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the FMCG business. A high school certificate or equivalent is required. Excellent communication skills, labor control abilities, and a systematic problem-solving approach are essential.
