Process Quality Operations Engineer

Join Our Industrial and Energy Technology Team as a Process Quality Operations Engineer

Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) division, operating across 120 countries, serves the entire energy value chain and industrial sector. We're seeking a dedicated Process Quality Operations Engineer to join our Engineering Transformation team and drive improvements in our engineering processes.

• Responsibilities:
• Support daily auditing operations in packaging to ISO & BH standards.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure smooth Cell operations and compliance with applicable procedures.
• Record findings in BH-related tools and publish/monitor quality metrics.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects using lean methods to eliminate defects and observations.
• Lead quality toolbox awareness in the shop and perform/drive NCA/RCA on observations.
• Monitor quality programs and indicators, and ensure effective implementation of quality control processes.
• Create/review work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and rotating equipment.
• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a global environment.
• Demonstrate excellent functional/technical, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills.
