Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Product Specialist – Hematology to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will serve as a trusted representative of Johnson & Johnson, engaging with healthcare professionals to ensure our products are utilized in alignment with their clinical indications and our Credo obligations. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our registered products within their approved indications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product accessibility and serve more eligible patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize Patient Share: Drive the adoption of assigned products by understanding patient pathways, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring compliance with Johnson & Johnson’s guidelines, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Multichannel Engagement: Utilize a diverse range of communication channels—including face-to-face interactions, email, phone calls, and presentations—to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) on your list. Provide detailed and actionable feedback for each visit to ensure continuous improvement.
• Market Share Growth: Achieve and exceed market share targets for your assigned territory through strategic planning and execution.
• Scientific Leadership: Position Johnson & Johnson as a leader in scientific and digital innovation within your accounts. Organize and lead promotional and digital scientific meetings to showcase our transformative solutions.
• Market Access Expansion: Conduct comprehensive account mapping to understand logistical processes, product listing requirements, contracting mechanisms, and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with critical decision-makers, such as Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers, and Hospital Management.
• Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with the Market Access team to identify both short-term and long-term business opportunities aligned with the Business Unit’s strategic goals.
• Execution Excellence: Meet all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs within agreed timelines. Ensure accurate reporting of HCP visits, proper sample handling, and continuous performance improvement.
• Knowledge Enhancement: Stay at the forefront of disease areas, product developments, and competitive landscapes by participating in scientific quizzes, attending mandatory training sessions, and capturing key learnings to apply in your role.

Ideal Candidate Profile
