Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our esteemed team at Sheraton in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests experience unparalleled comfort and cleanliness throughout their stay. As a key member of our Housekeeping & Laundry team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all hotel areas, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert will perform a wide range of duties to uphold the hotel’s reputation for cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Room and Public Area Maintenance: Ensuring guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas are consistently clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. This includes making beds, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Guest Request Fulfillment: Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, such as additional towels, toiletries, or room service items, to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
• Supply Management: Stocking and organizing cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities on housekeeping carts to ensure efficient workflow and readiness for room attendants.
• Operational Compliance: Adhering to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards to maintain a secure and hygienic environment. This includes following proper chemical handling procedures and waste disposal guidelines.
• Physical Demands: Performing tasks that require prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as Front Desk and Maintenance, to address guest needs and resolve issues efficiently. Supporting a cohesive team environment to ensure seamless operations.
• Professional Appearance and Conduct: Maintaining a neat and professional uniform, personal grooming standards, and courteous communication with guests and colleagues at all times.
