Cluster Sales Manager - Lead Sales Strategies, Build Client Relationships, Drive Revenue Growth

The Cluster Sales Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales strategies, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring timely service delivery. This position requires a proactive and confident individual with a strong market awareness and a proven track record in sales, preferably within a 5* hotel cluster role.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop potential clients in specified offline segments and manage them through the sales pipeline.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of respective accounts and their hospitality needs to tailor services effectively.
• Promote the hotel’s products and services, conduct regular sales visits, and understand client requirements to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service, address client feedback, and escalate issues to top management when necessary.
• Meet and exceed given top-line revenue objectives and achieve set revenue targets for respective segments.
• Ensure cost-effective sales activities, implement yielding strategies, and maintain accurate and timely reporting on market analysis, sales activities, and other assigned tasks.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Head of Department.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, a hospitality degree or equivalent, and excellent customer relations, problem-solving, and time management skills.
