AR Accountant - Apex Industrial Services Co.

We are seeking a dedicated AR Accountant to join our team at Apex Industrial Services Co. Based at our Head Office in Dammam, this role is pivotal in supporting our company’s cash flow and financial operations.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and customer statements.
• Record receipts and update accounting via ERP systems.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams regarding billing and payment status.
• Prepare aging reports and support monthly financial closing activities.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 4 to 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance operations. Proficiency in ERP systems, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting), and excellent communication and follow-up abilities are essential. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is also required.
