Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Front-End Developer at PulseMedia, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high-quality digital assets that support our clients’ marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Front-End Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages tailored for healthcare and wellness clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing client engagement and driving conversions.
• UI/UX Implementation: Transform design mockups and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and optimal user experiences.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver cohesive digital solutions. Assist in implementing front-end improvements that enhance SEO, website performance, and conversion rates.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure seamless functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices while adhering to accessibility and usability best practices.
• CMS Management: Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms. Implement content changes, templates, layouts, and new pages as required to meet client needs.
• Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve front-end bugs and UI inconsistencies. Conduct thorough testing across multiple browsers and devices to guarantee reliability and quality in every project.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with experienced developers to refine your skills and contribute to team growth.

Your Ideal Profile

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Front-End Developer with the following qualifications:

• Experience: 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, personal initiatives, or bootcamp training. Prior experience with live websites or web applications is a significant advantage.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
• Tools & Technologies:
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and browser compatibility testing.
• Soft Skills:
