Key Responsibilities

The Pre-seller role within the KSA sales team is pivotal to achieving our business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include maximizing sales volume, minimizing stales (unsold or expired products), achieving distribution targets, and ensuring the implementation of agreed merchandising standards. You will also be responsible for collecting accounts receivable, maintaining high levels of customer service, and providing your supervisor with up-to-date market information to identify and develop sales opportunities. This role requires adherence to operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across the KSA region.

• Sales Execution: Sell the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed list of customers, with sales performance measured against predefined targets. Stales must remain below the agreed-upon threshold set by your supervisor.
• Customer Service & Route Management: Deliver service standards approved by your supervisor, adhering to call frequencies and daily route plans to maintain optimal customer satisfaction. Daily debriefings with your supervisor will review customer interactions and route execution.
• Vehicle & Logistics Management: Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks as outlined in operating procedures. Maintain the sales vehicle in a clean, roadworthy condition, and report any defects or damage to your supervisor immediately. Ensure timely delivery of customer orders with full details, including delivery arrangements.
• Stock & Merchandising: Monitor and maintain individual customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock issues. Implement agreed-upon in-store merchandising standards, collaborating with your supervisor and any supporting company merchandisers to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Provide your supervisor with insights into competitor activity in your assigned area. Conduct daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash, and credit sales to ensure accuracy and financial integrity.
• Professionalism & Compliance: Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times. Adhere to high standards of driving and comply with all driving regulations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Training & Development: Attend training courses designed to enhance professionalism, customer service skills, and product knowledge. Participate actively in continuous learning opportunities to support your growth and contribution to the team.
