• Coordinate transportation activities to ensure punctual and efficient goods movement
• Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to drive operational efficiency
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate dispatch and delivery operations
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
• Assist in route planning to minimize costs and enhance delivery times
• Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers to address transportation-related issues
• Maintain precise records of transportation activities and documentation
• Support the Transportation Supervisor in implementing process improvements and policies

We seek a candidate with:

• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills
• Thorough knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and SLA requirements, with the ability to ensure proper shipment sequencing and timely deliveries
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• A diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
