  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Electrical Lead, QA/QC, and HSE teams to align on project objectives.
  • Preparing and submitting daily and weekly progress reports, as well as material consumption reports, to track project performance.
  • Supporting client, consultant, and internal inspections to ensure transparency and accountability.

Testing & Commissioning Support

The Site Electrical Engineer will assist in the testing and commissioning phase by:

  • Conducting string testing and IV curve testing to validate system performance.
  • Supporting the energization of inverters, transformers, and other critical components.
  • Providing technical assistance for SCADA and monitoring system integration to ensure seamless operation.
  • Ensuring all systems are ready for grid synchronization and final handover to the client.

Material & Documentation Management

To maintain operational efficiency, the Site Electrical Engineer will:

  • Monitor the receipt, storage, and usage of electrical materials at the site.
  • Ensure proper tagging, handling, and installation of all electrical components.
  • Maintain accurate as-built drawings, checklists, and handover documentation to support project closeout.
