• Strategic Business Planning: Develop and refine comprehensive business plans that are fully aligned with Ashraq’s strategic objectives and mandate. Ensure these plans are not only clear in purpose but also operationally and financially viable, serving as a roadmap for sustainable growth.
• Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Lead and conduct in-depth market research initiatives to uncover potential opportunities within Ashraq’s operational scope. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and identify high-potential ventures.
• Financial Modeling and Feasibility Analysis: Design and maintain detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and robust business cases for proposed projects or initiatives. Evaluate the financial viability, associated risks, and potential returns to ensure informed investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Strategic Alignment and Evaluation: Assess the compatibility of proposed opportunities or projects with Ashraq’s strategic objectives. Ensure that all initiatives contribute meaningfully to the organization’s long-term direction and deliver measurable value.
• Performance Measurement and Service Standards: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to evaluate the quality and efficiency of municipal services. Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the necessary experience:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing strategic business plans within a corporate or organizational setting. Prior involvement in financial modeling, market analysis, or strategic consulting will be highly advantageous.
• Analytical and Strategic Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Strong financial acumen and proficiency in creating detailed financial projections are essential.
