The Measurement & Analytics Division, a global leader in smart instrumentation and analytics, is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional customer service and support our team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs).

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service jobs, ensuring all work complies with ABB's and the customer's standards.
• Coordinate, plan, and schedule service jobs, managing resources, spare parts, and logistics.
• Assess service delivery gaps and collaborate with engineers and operations managers to address identified issues.
• Maintain and monitor competency and certification databases for FSEs.
• Drive Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) to zero by minimizing FSE redispatch.
• Coordinate customer site access, training activities, and equipment repair services.
• Manage invoicing, reporting, and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with other coordinators to ensure FSEs have the necessary support to excel.
