Digital Marketing Manager - Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Konh is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role requires a deep understanding of the Saudi market and proven experience working within marketing or creative agencies.

The ideal candidate will not only plan campaigns but also lead strategy, guide teams, review ideas, meet clients, and ensure all marketing outputs serve clear business goals.

• Develop marketing strategies for clients.
• Build monthly marketing plans and content directions.
• Lead and guide content, design, and performance teams.
• Review and approve campaign ideas before client presentation.
• Meet with clients to understand their business needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Review campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Ensure content, design, and ads align with client goals.
• Coordinate with project managers for timely execution.
• Prepare reports and present marketing results to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia; Eastern Province is preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience with restaurants, cafés, retail, or service brands.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
