We are seeking a seasoned IT Team Leader with 7-10 years of experience and proficiency in Arabic to drive our development teams towards technical excellence and timely delivery. This operational leadership role demands strong hands-on involvement, ensuring daily task assignment, progress tracking, and quality delivery.

• Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead daily technical execution, assign tasks, and monitor progress across backend, frontend, and mobile development teams.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Resolve complex technical challenges, support team members, and maintain system architecture alignment.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized environments using Docker, and ensure application performance and scalability.
• Prepare and present weekly progress and technical status reports to the CTO and management.

Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Flutter, Node.js, PostgreSQL, React.js, TypeScript, Redis, CI/CD, Docker, and TanStack Query. Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills are essential. Proven experience leading cross-functional development teams and managing development workflows, deployments, and production environments.
