Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator (Tamheer) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing critical HR functions, ensuring seamless payroll operations, and addressing employee concerns with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of GCC and regional labor regulations, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Prepare and process payroll for employees across the GCC and Iraq, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws. Handle separate payments for different employee categories, including casual labor, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Investigate concerns, mediate disputes, and provide solutions that align with company policies and labor regulations. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Financial Support Services: Facilitate the issuance of bank loan letters for employees, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner. Collaborate with financial institutions and internal stakeholders to streamline the process.
- Regional Payroll Coordination: Provide support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) payroll operations, including vacation processing and End-of-Service (EOS) calculations. Ensure adherence to KSA-specific labor laws and company policies.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, employee communications, and HR-related documentation. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure alignment on payroll, benefits, and employee-related processes. Participate in HR initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in payroll management or HR administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a similar role, with a focus on GCC and regional labor markets.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR management systems. Experience with KSA payroll and labor laws is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply labor regulations, tax laws, and company policies accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with empathy and professionalism.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office setting with occasional travel if required. The HR Administrator will report to the HR Manager or Director and will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
