Store Manager - FENDI

As a Store Manager, you will embody the role of a FENDI Ambassador, championing our brand DNA in the market while consistently surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing team, where you will coach and motivate your staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will promote FENDI's rich history, craftsmanship, and creativity, ensuring our commitment to excellence and luxury is reflected in every aspect of store operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and achieve store performance against relevant KPIs
  • Contribute to the selling process and analyze business performance to implement action plans
  • Demonstrate sales leadership, set performance targets, and manage team and individual KPIs
  • Stay informed about local trading environments and competitors
  • Oversee the correct execution of company operating and stock procedures
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and develop loyal FENDI clients
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clients
  • Improve Mystery Shopper results with targeted action plans
  • Foster team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain positive staff relations
  • Collaborate with HR in recruiting top talent and identifying training needs
  • Submit sales and operational reports in adherence to company KPIs and policies
  • Ensure FENDI's standards are maintained across customer service, internal control, visual merchandising, and back-office activities

Profile:

  • 7-10 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
  • 5-7 years' experience in top-location retail luxury management
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Strong selling, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership, confidence, organization, and professionalism
  • Strong customer orientation and goal-oriented approach
  • Multitasking abilities and computer skills, including retail management system knowledge
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
