About the Role
Nineti (Qiam Arbaa LLC), a leading Dammam-based contracting and engineering consulting firm, is expanding its Life Safety & Security division to establish long-term, recurring partnerships with the Kingdom’s most prominent asset owners. These include real estate developers, MEP contractors, and multi-site enterprise chains. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist – Fire Protection to spearhead this growth initiative. The ideal candidate will possess an established network within the industry, a proven track record of securing new business, and the ability to independently drive vendor registrations and client engagements from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Registration & Prequalification: Develop Nineti’s prequalification file and vendor registration policies from the ground up, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Secure vendor registrations with major enterprise clients, including SABIC, Saudi Electricity Company, Royal Commission, Ma’aden, Saline Water Authority, and other large asset owners within the first three months.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Penetrate target clients’ organizational structures by coordinating closely with procurement, facilities, and technical departments. Identify, track, and maintain records of key decision-makers, fostering direct working relationships to drive business opportunities.
- Independent Business Development: Operate with minimal team support, taking full ownership of the vendor registration process, client communications, and opportunity pipeline management. Plan, execute, and follow up on all registrations, submissions, and engagements independently.
- Opportunity Pipeline Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with real estate developers, MEP contractors, and multi-site enterprise chains across the Eastern Province and beyond. Build and manage a robust pipeline of fire protection and life safety projects, from initial contact to contract award.
- Client Representation & Proposal Development: Represent Nineti in client meetings, site visits, and tender/prequalification processes. Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to develop competitive pricing and proposal strategies tailored to client needs.
- Account Growth & Retention: Cultivate relationships with existing chain and enterprise clients to unlock repeat business and multi-site contracts. Monitor pipeline activity, win rates, and account status, providing regular updates to the Head of Life Safety & Security.
- Regulatory & Market Awareness: Stay abreast of Saudi fire protection and Civil Defense regulatory developments to align Nineti’s offerings with evolving client requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in fire protection, fire alarm systems, MEP, or related life safety/construction services within Saudi Arabia.
- Established network of contacts among real estate developers, MEP contractors, or enterprise/chain facility owners in the Kingdom.
- Proven track record of closing new business, with verifiable deals and client references.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, take full ownership of results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of the Saudi fire protection and Civil Defense regulatory landscape.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Valid Saudi driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Preferred:
- Experience selling into large enterprise or multi-site chain accounts, particularly in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with NFPA, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and other relevant industry standards.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a focus on client-centric solutions.
