Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Engineer will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities to uphold the operational standards of our Riyadh-based facilities. These include:

• Daily Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and performing timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Developing and executing structured maintenance plans that encompass regular inspections, upkeep activities, and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
• Equipment Installation and Upgrades: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including detailed logs of inspections, repairs, and replacements. Preparing comprehensive maintenance reports to support data-driven decision-making and compliance audits.
• Spare Parts Inventory Management: Overseeing the inventory of spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels to support maintenance operations while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:

• Educational Background: A minimum of an Associate Degree (Junior College) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or a closely related field is required. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in relevant disciplines are highly desirable.
• Technical Experience: Proven experience in equipment maintenance, technical support, or a similar capacity, with a strong understanding of the operational principles and maintenance processes of common industrial equipment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively within a team. Adaptability to dynamic on-site working environments and the capacity to manage multiple priorities are essential.
