• Feasibility and Risk Assessment: Perform preliminary feasibility studies, evaluate new technologies and products, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and provide data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Process Optimization and Improvement: Analyze project performance, identify inefficiencies, and develop enhanced project execution methodologies and operational procedures to drive efficiency, improve outcomes, and elevate overall project success rates.
• Technical and Operational Problem Solving: Diagnose complex technical and operational challenges, recommend effective solutions, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and enhance performance across projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, engineering, and operational departments to ensure seamless integration of R&D initiatives with project requirements, fostering a collaborative environment that drives collective success.
• Tender and Proposal Support: Review tender requirements, analyze the scope of work, and provide expert technical and financial recommendations to support competitive bidding processes and secure high-value projects.

• Performance Monitoring and Governance: Track project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze performance variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure projects meet or exceed established targets. Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following competencies:

• Education: Hold a relevant academic qualification in a field such as engineering, technology, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of five years of progressive professional experience in research and development, project management, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
• Certifications: Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable and will be considered a significant asset.
• Language Proficiency: Exhibit fluency in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and engage in international collaborations.
