Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of a diverse range of mechanical equipment and systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring optimal operational performance, minimizing downtime, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Execute the installation, inspection, routine maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues on-site with precision and provide effective, timely solutions to restore functionality and prevent recurring problems.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct systematic preventive maintenance to reduce the likelihood of failures, and perform corrective actions to address existing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical service reports detailing work performed, findings, and recommendations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records to support compliance and continuous improvement.
• Customer Support: Deliver professional on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions while building strong, trust-based relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery and timely project completion.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere rigorously to company safety protocols, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure a secure working environment and full compliance with all applicable standards.
• Commissioning Support: Assist in the commissioning, testing, and startup of new or refurbished equipment, ensuring proper installation and operational readiness.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, field service engineering, or mechanical systems engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals with accuracy.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings effectively.
• Mobility & Logistics: Valid Saudi driving license required. Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites across the region as needed to perform field service duties.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
