Regional Sales Manager - Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across the assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing high-performing sales teams, expanding market coverage, and building strong relationships with key customers across diverse channels.
- Oversee sales operations in Saudi Arabia, focusing on achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and major accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned region.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, taking corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and strengthen customer relationships.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with 7-10 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and distribution network is essential. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems is also necessary. A valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region are required.
Preferred skills include proficiency in Arabic and experience in the FMCG sector.
