Key Responsibilities

• Coffee Excellence: Master the art of preparing premium espresso-based beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty coffee drinks. Ensure each cup meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Espresso Machine Proficiency: Operate and maintain various espresso machines, understanding the differences in pressure, temperature, and extraction techniques to produce the ideal espresso shot.
• Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Build rapport to encourage repeat visits and foster a loyal customer base.
• Coffee Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of coffee origins, including the three main growing regions, and the characteristics of premium gourmet coffees. Familiarize yourself with taste profiles, processing methods, and regional differences to enhance your coffee offerings.
• Counter Operations: Manage the front counter efficiently, serving both coffee and food items while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive work environment. Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
