Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination and Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication, resolve project-related challenges, and ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead and support continuous improvement efforts by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and present findings to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Entry-level candidates or professionals with up to two years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, project management, or operational excellence are encouraged to apply. Prior internship, co-op, or training experience in project management, operational excellence, or performance management will be considered a valuable asset.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management principles, with the ability to apply these methodologies to real-world scenarios.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English, enabling seamless communication in a global business environment.

Preferred Certifications

While not mandatory, candidates with the following certifications will be given preference:

• Six Sigma Certification: Demonstrates expertise in process improvement and quality management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification: Highlights advanced project management skills and a commitment to industry best practices.
