Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer to join our team in Dammam on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust technical solutions that underpin our digital marketing operations. This position requires a hands-on approach to implementing and optimizing systems, resolving technical challenges, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless performance of our platforms and tools. The Engineer will be responsible for documenting processes, monitoring system performance, and proposing enhancements to drive efficiency and scalability. Additionally, the role involves active participation in project planning, facilitating integrations with third-party services, and upholding stringent standards of security and quality across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain technical solutions that support digital marketing operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure clarity and continuity.
• Integration & Security: Support the integration of third-party services and platforms, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation. Maintain high standards of security and quality throughout all technical implementations.
• Project Participation: Contribute to project planning, execution, and review, providing technical expertise to drive successful outcomes. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Tool & Process Improvement: Utilize modern development tools, version control systems, and scripting or programming languages to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a strong technical foundation in engineering disciplines relevant to digital systems, such as software, systems, or network engineering. Proficiency in web technologies, APIs, and the integration of platforms commonly used in digital marketing is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve technical problems, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability. Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and basic scripting or programming languages is highly desirable.

Effective communication skills are critical, as the Engineer will collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project goals. A detail-oriented and organized approach is required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in a digital agency or marketing technology environment is considered an advantage, though not mandatory.
