Trainee Engineer (Saudi National Only)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities

The Trainee Engineer will be responsible for the following duties, providing essential support to ensure seamless production operations and adherence to company standards:

• Production Support: Assist in monitoring daily production activities to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Contribute to achieving daily production targets while minimizing material waste and enhancing overall production efficiency.
• Process Learning and Compliance: Learn and adhere to manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Gain a deep understanding of production workflows to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Quality Assurance: Support the Quality Control (QC) team during inspections and testing to ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures. Assist in identifying and addressing quality-related issues to maintain high product standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Maintenance teams to report and resolve equipment issues that may impact production. Work closely with Stores to ensure the availability of materials required for seamless production activities. Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.
• Documentation and Reporting: Assist in production documentation and reporting activities to maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Candidates with knowledge of production processes and quality control will be given preference.
