Join Impact's Finance & Accounting Team as an Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Accountant to join our team, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This role is responsible for managing the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and full compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.

• Record and review daily accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
• Issue invoices to clients, partners, and vendors in line with company policies
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections to support cash flow
• Process payments, expenses, and payroll in coordination with the finance team
• Prepare and maintain tax schedules and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal departments on financial requirements and documentation
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency
• Provide financial data and analytical reports to support management decisions

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems is required. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities are essential. Good command of English, both written and verbal, is also required.

Preferred skills include experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite or similar) and familiarity with financial controls and internal audit procedures.
